At long last I got my sunny day shot. This is the same place as (Easy Street) but looking the opposite direction. I absolutely cannot decide whether I like (High Noon - Color) or (High Noon - B&W) better, so you get both. Hope you like them :)

Awesome picture, the color version seems to have more depth, but a lovely concept none the less.

I prefer this black and white version.

The B&W version shows the dappled light much better than the color version. It de-emphasises the leaves and puts more on the limbs and the virtual lines of the photo - by that I mean the triangle formed by the perspective, the arches formed by the limbs and the vertical lines formed by the moss. These are less prominent in the color photo.

I love the version in B&W, I always do that to mine ones, sometimes B&W look clear than colored ones.

I do think that the colored version is better ..or like Anthony said "has more depth", but this one looks really cool too. It has a winter feel to it. Good job Josh.

I actually prefer the B&W i think it shows more depth and detail. you can see a lot of movement and it takes you through the entire picture nothing is left out. it draws you in and your not even distracted by the shadows.I think the color makes it look cluttered.

I prefer the B&W as well. Don't get me wrong, I love the color one too, but every landscape is in color and the B&W has a cool feel to it.
