All credit for the original photo, (Admiring the Sunrise), goes to trisbert. He captured a beautiful scene but did not want to crop any of it out and so was forced to frame it. I cloned sand and sky into the framed area instead to make this picture fullscreen without losing anything. Anyone have a tip on an easier way to create gradient sky when you don't have the colors you need to begin with? Because it was H A R D.

to make the sky the right colour, i would have just cut off the rectangle below it at the right size, stuck it up top, then played with the colours/brightness contrast till it was about what you wanted then just blurred whatever didnt match up seamlessly
