Taken in Central Park, NYC. That's a frozen pond in the background and there were dozens of these little birds in hopping around in these twigs. Anyone know what they are? I'm not good with birds :)

Good one. I actually like the natural setting the little birdie sits in . I wish we could see the whole bird it has such nice colors. But in many cases you can help the location and you take what you can. Good job Josh

I like how you have captured the shadows on the twigs yet I wish I could see the birds head more clearly. I can imagine it's a hard shot to take however so good job!

Cute little bird. I'm just as useless in bird knowledge so I couldn't tell you what kind it is... It gives off a sort of dramatic feel how he's sitting there in the shadows doesnt it? Nice shot :)
