Looks like the locals had too much fun with the spray paint on this building. It's a great shot.

The posting is a little dark for me, but that's a personal preference thing. From my perspective it seems like the best part of the shot should be the spray painting on the structure. Because the background is so bright, the foreground is too dark to see much of anything. Personally I'd use the backlight command in PhotoScape to lighten the foreground while darkening the sky just a tinge. I've seen plenty of very dark shots on Caedes, but I guess I'm afraid of the dark.
