This is the Wenatchee River in the Eastern Cascade Mtns of Washington. The "dry" side, as you can probably tell by the drier look of the slopes.

HA ! just the kind of nature i like :-) mountains, rushing water, and no cars in the neighborhood !
This scenery does remind me of my holliday, Germany Wimbachklamm, it looks very much alike, i will post images from there on a later date, thanks for this one !
