Thiis place is called Stiffkey Freshes it's in a large area of salt marsh called Stiffkey Marsh in Norfolk ,eastern England Admiral Nelson was born near here and it would be nice to think that he sailed his first boat here! Stiffkey is pronounced `Stookey' incidentally. I don't know why but this is Norfolk and they're strange folk there. Watercolour/Photoshop 70/30

Very well done. Looks great at 1024x768 as a wallpaper for the desktop. Seems like a wonderful place to spend an afternoon. Thanks for sharing.

The site name is almost as good as the pic, and that is saying quite a lot! Here in Virginia we have a Taliaferro family whose name has been pronounced "Tolliver" since the 1700's. I love history like that...and this pic is fresh, inviting and has a lot to enjoy in it.

An absolutely delightful painting to view. Your Salt Marsh is a breath of "fresh" air even if somewhat "salty" my friend. As you might expect ... I love those birds gliding above. You've painted a most inviting picture ... one that beckons me to jump in that boat and see what lies beyond the bend.

Just an old "Grampa" who still has a Kodak "Box" camera kicking around the attic ... learning and enjoying the wonders of modern digital photography.

Hi Trevor,
Your watercolor painting intrigued and delighted me a lot! The scene is so full of life and those vivid colors brighten it in such a natural and splendid way! Very nice play with the light as well. It is definitely my favorite from your gallery, but the others are magnificent too. I can’t wait to see more of your work!

I can hardly believe this is a photoshop manipulation or rendering Trevor. This artwork is absolutely fabulous. The colors are beautiful, subject is interesting, content keeps the ey moving throughout the image. A keeper and a 10 for sure! anne :-O

Don't tell me it's good, tell me what is good about it. Don't tell me it stinks, tell me what I can do do improve it. Thank you for taking the time to tell me anything at all. Be blessed. anne :-)

This is another amazing watercolour by you! Are the clouds 'photoshoped' or painted? love T
