This was taken in a provincial park on Vancouver Island. The magnificent coastal redwood / cedar forests, are much better standing.

I like the concept of parking on trees,(imagine the prospect of the tree car park, beats concrete hands down) although from an environmental point of view this is probably not to be recommended. The trees are certainly better left standing, & I commend your comments on this. Keep looking for the unusual. Barry

I like this one very much:).The sign just pop's out and I love that the tree is close upfront and to the left.very urban and yet natural:). Great work

Now that's an interesting and unique photo. I like it. It's kind of too bad that someone had to go and put nails into the tree tho....Verena

Interesting find, and nice eye to spot it. Which parking are they referring to? Love the wooded park, and the nice light.

Really an interesting capture and that sure wouldn't be a great parking spot, lol. Like the lighting/shadows, contrast and colours
