Love the wood frame that you've chosen for your painting. What medium did you use for the art? Acrylics? Charcoal?

The concept of the image is interesting. I like how the elementals are lifting the Sun, the effort they're putting into it, and how their feet turn into roots in the ground. It almost looks like a doorway, perhaps into another realm? The fluidity of the shapes create nice lines as well, and I like how you've used shading & highlights for definition. wow very creative. like everyone else I love the colors. i love how the people all flow together and then into the sun and earth. the shading on the people is great, it really is almost life like in some of them. what medium did you use? maybe water colors? would be interesting to know. very nice and good luck in the contest! ~abby
