OH my! A dancing Egret....how absolutely beautiful this photo is. I think I will print out a copy of this and frame it. It's just so amazing to me to know you are able to see these wonderful birds in this way. I would be totally mezmerized. This should be in a museum!! Even the clouds are perfect. The way the feathers on the wings are fanned out, how fortunate you are to be able to take photos of these awesome bird. I thank you so much for thinking of me, and please, post more whenever you can. Your photos are a delight to post on my desktop, but I am definitely going to frame this one. Thank you again my friend, Verena
"Well," said Pooh, "what I like best," and then he had to stop and think. Because although Eating Honey was a very good thing to do, there was a moment just before you began to eat it which was better than when you were, but he didn't know what it was called. ~A.A. Milne
Since I know you don't do any enhancements to your shots Colleen, I would have to say this is the top of the line. Great soft colors and it does appear to have angelic tones to it. Just a beautiful capture.
WOW! Perfect title. Never seen such a graceful capture. You are blessed to be able to see these great birds in person and capture and share them with us.
I got this in the VB, and I had the same thought, it's so angelic! The soft blue color and fluffy clouds are wonderful. 10/10 with congrats on a fine photo!
