Anything that excites me for any reason, I will photograph; not searching for unusual subject matter, but making the commonplace unusual. Edward Weston

I love it. Two tone sky and reflections enhance the floating boats so well. I just wish it were wider. : ) Although I understand why it isn't and it works better this way. Wonderful colors and light.

That's an outstanding photograph Valerie. It has real beauty through simplicity.

There are three colours, Ten digits and seven notes, its what we do with them that’s important. Ruth Ross

wow, i really like the softness of the background and the hard edges in the lightside of the boats. It has some rhythm and it makes it so really pleasing to look at. Where did u took this? were u on another boat?

Everything about this is just...right. The grey band in the sky and reflected in the water; the perfect spacing of the boats; the neutral colours with just the one splash of red; the light; and the division of the frame. Great stuff, faved.

Definitely a case of less being more... what an amazing shot ! The more I look, the more I like, the sky, the reflections in the water.... gorgeous stuff.
