On a trip to Niagara Falls I was able to catch this shot where it seems almost as if lava were flowing over the edge, not water.

Great image! I love the flowing water being so smoothed out by the long exposure combined with the eerie glow of the red light. Very atmospheric shot.

Very surreal. The thin line of red to the right adds balance. I want to look over the edge now and see what's causing that glow. What was the exposure time used?

oh that's cool. when i was at the falls the lights were always multicolored, never got a chance like that.

That's really unique, and I like the deep panoramic framing on such a dark shot. It really makes the lit-up water dramatic.
Thank you for your comment on my image Top Down. I was lucky to get that break in the clouds when I did. There was a pretty good snow storm up on the mountain that day, so I couldn't be too picky about the clouds :). Glad you liked the photo.
