I'm really into goth rock and new wave. My favorite band is The Birthday Massacre. The guy in my avatar is, in fact, a guy. His name is Mana from the band Malice Mizer.
That is definitely a real pretty picture ya got there partner. Reallyyy pretty>>> i say 10+ good job partner keep up the wonderful talent. No seeing anything wrong with this one.
my god I can't believe it! this is so amazing, it remind me of the 'Mount Doom' from LOTR.
as always this is perfection. thanks again for sharing man!^^
I am almost never one to comment on pure photography, but for this one I just have to. From the thumbnail, I thought it was a computer generated surrealist art. I am definately blown away. I even see the clouds moving...the colors are perfect. 10/Favs. Definately one of the best photos on this site.
What a wonderful image! What time did you have to get up to get to this location?
On a personal note, thank you for your response to my e-mail yesterady

Photography is not a trade - it is an art. It is more that an art.
It is a solar phenomenon,
where the artist collaborates with the sun.

But words are things, and a small drop of ink, falling, like dew, upon a thought produces that which makes thousands, perhaps millions think and smile.
Art is everywhere, except it has to pass through a creative mind.
God give me the calmness to take the things, which I cannot change, the power to change the things, I should change, and the wisdom make a difference between the two.
i looooove where this was taken, im going there in a few weeks for a week outa school. hopefully i can grap some shots like this one.
10/10 into favs and as wall paper
I hold it true that thoughts are things; They're endowed with bodies, breath and wings:
And that we send them forth to fill the world with good results, or ill.
That which we call our secret thought speeds forth to earth's remotest spot, leaving it's blessings or it's woes like tracks behind it as it goes.
We build our future, thought by thought for good or for ill, yet know it not.
Yet so the universe was wrought .
Thought is another name for fate.
Choose then thy destiny and wait, for Love brings Love and Hate brings Hate. - Henry Van Dyke.
I've never seen light reflect off of a rock face so brilliantly before. I'm glad those clouds stayed off and didn't envelop you, ruining the opportunity for this wonderful shot. High marks..
I think I've figured out what it is that draws me to your photography. There's always an air of both solitude and discovery in your work. You could be there with fourty people for all I know, but you give the impression that you're the first person to stumble on these places and catch them. This view is otherworldly.
There is only one word that really expresses the mood and composition of this image and that word is: a hushed WOW!!!!
Love it, it gets a 10 from me and in my favorites.
In a dream I walked with God through the deep places of creation...until, around me, was an infinity into which we all flowed together and lived anew, like the rings made by raindrops upon wide expanses of calm dark waters.
The firey sky showing down and covering the frozen tundra, wisping clouds and mists of fire and heat, past reality and beyond natural thought of our world as a living place, with such a new beginning shown, how must we survive, this shows great wonder to what is going on right around the corner, and lets us veiw into what one has only dreamed of one day seeing with one's own eyes, to be free and relaxed while seeing such movement and creation, only with a sense of absolute being and absolute self, could this ever be seen move than once in a single life. I honor your findings and give thanks to the for showing what life can look like. ~Xet
It's really hard to believe that this wasn't manipulated at all. It looks too unreal to be real. How lucky you are to have witnessed such a thing - and how lucky we are for having you to share it.
My absolute favorite photo off this site. The colors and comp. are simply stunning. I go to the park every year, and never have I seen this kind of sky, and I've never captured a picture as dramatic and glorious as this.
Hi Michael. You have done a hell of a job with this one. Its a dreamy moment filled with light and darkness for a photographer to do majic. Well done. You deserve the high marks.
