Some folks may look at these mountain lake photos of yours and declare "Oh, man, he really over-saturated this one," but that would be incorrect. The lake, river, creek, and pool waters I saw in Glacier National Park were like this--deep electric blue--caused by the suspended particles of glacier-crushed rock, washed down from the heights by melting snow and ice. This one, the mountain lake, and Lake Louise in particular are all ones I just faved because they remind me of my favorite place, Glacier. I live less than 200 miles from Canada but, even with seeing these photos, am still not sure I want to get a passport and subject myself to a strip search just to cross the "friendly" border. Things have certainly changed since I was a youth.
