We were in the South Pacific, near Kiritimati (Christmas) Island. The water was so turquoise...even the clouds were a bright shade of the same color. This was before digital but had to share.

People are like cameras--sometimes they lose focus.
There is a lake in Utah that has similar waters. When I first saw it I was a bit in awe and then the enjoyment of the sight set in. Fine shot.

I used to use 400 film back in the day, and they are all too grainy when I scan and resize them. Not even noise reduction helps them enough. This is pretty good. That water is an amazing color of blue/green. Very nice, Vanda.
