I really enjoy this shot, what strikes me as unique is the coloring. It's not the typical orange, red, and purple color scheme I associate with sunsets. I'm drawn to the clouds in the foreground, it creates the illusion that you shot the image from a height (which I suppose, you may have). Ad there you have it. Nicole

Since I live in Oregon also, these sunsets always amaze me. Soooooo many colours and shapes of the clouds...There is nothing that compares to capturing this kind of beauty. Many times I've driven home(North) from Eugene and had to pull over in my car to take yet another photo of a gorgeous sunset in the valley. You captured this one perfectly...verena

This is one of the better sunsets on the site. A sunset does not have to have eye blasting color to be pretty. This is gorgeous as is. This has a lot of noise in it, it seems. Run it throu Neat Image (free download) and it will correct it. Stunning capture.
