Due to a fast approaching storm front, the skies became an almost schizophrenic swirl of colors. Shot taken at Fern Ridge in Eugene, Oregon.

Those colors are incrediable! Is that the true color? Love that orangey cloud refection in the water-beautiful. The blues and bright green play out so well against each other. Very impressive work :)

Yes, to increase the palette of colors in the composition and to get the vivid greens I wanted, I needed to fire the camera's fill flash.
