92 percent American teens would die if Abecrombie and Fitch told them it uncool to breathe. Would you be in the 8 percent laughing their asses off at the others?

To be nobody but yourself, in a world which is doing its best, day and night, to make you everybody else……means to fight the hardest battle, which any human being can fight…and never stop fighting....

Well now ... that is interesting.

Taking it up to the larger resolutions for a closer look at the upper lip, right hand side of the front profile (this perspective) ... I am not sure if your intention was to present a side profile with the 'feathered eye' being part of both?

Nose is somewhat there on the side profile, as is the chin.

Intially thought ... ok, straight up here ... your blending was off. However, having said that ... quite unlike you to have done so.

Annnnnd ... having said that ... I do enjoy your piece here, very much.

Great colour palette and a well balanced composition. Intriguing is probably an overused descriptor for your works, however, it is an operative one once again. And I don't mean it to sound trite.

Little undecided on the mottled appearance of her skin. Simply nit picking on my part, rest assured.

That one eye is intense, and I found my own eyes entranced with that facet/element. All complimented wonderfully by the rest of your piece.

But of course, take a bow on this one. I miss your work and hope that my words here find you well. Thanks for sharing this one with us. :o)

p.s. Oh ... and a happy (belated) birthday. Hope you had a good good one.

There's something about this manipulation that's so magical and mystical. I actually printed a big version of this and used it as a poster for my dorm when I was a freshman. I wasn't a caedes member then though, so I couldn't tell you how much I loved it!

And how could we endure to live and let time pass if we were always crying for one day or one year to come back-if we did not know that every day in a life fills the whole life with expectation and memory and that these are that day? C.S. Lewis, Out of the Silent Planet
