It looks almost like the spire of Trinity Church in Downtown Manhattan...but the surrounding buildings don't look right....

I may not know where it is (never been to the U.S.), but I *do* know it is a nice picture. I like the composition. Pity you have the trees there. They always get in your way when you're photographing in a city.
