Nice ... an interesting idea focusing in the middle ground and it works too! Draws you right into it.

It looks like you are having similar fall weather as we are. (i.e. lots of rain!!)

Your picture does make it appear to be cold and rainy and I like the center focus also. The colors are very much fall like.
