Beautiful composition. Elizabeth. Those wonderful golden ripples running perpendicular to the rellections of the shoreline trees makes for an excellent contrast in line and tone and of course, the main subject is well placed in the shot too..

The superfluous textures of the golden water marked with the blackness of the bird really makes ones eyes focus on the image and the different qualities within. Great post!

You know Elizabeth, I do believe there is a lot of similarities with what that bird is doing and what I have seen Michael Flatley do. Michael may have better shoes, but this is a picture I would rather look at. ;)
