From last November, a foggy morning over the river. The colors of sunrise trying to break through the fog. It has a desolate empty moodiness to me, but possibly a very subjective interpretation.
What a great place for one person, one dog, and one canoe. That water is almost like glass. Very moody and quiet, Elizabeth, a peaceful photo just made for a DT. I bet you had that in mind as well as for the contest. Best of luck.
The first rule is: Remove the lens cap!
The second rule is: Always take a litter bag in your car - if it gets full, you can just throw it out the window.
My computer went belly up and I won't have a new one until Friday. I apologize for using a canned comment but the monitor on this laptop makes every thing look dull.
I pride myself on the personal evaluations of each photo on which I leave comments. For now please accept my apology because faulty equipment make it impossible to leave a fair critique.
Get used to this disclaimer because it will be the one I use to let you know I have viewed you latest post. I won't be posting until I recover my files and load them on the new computer.
I see a pastel like watercolor painting here and very nicely composed. The silhouettes of the trees are sharp and the spit of land behind them add another dimension.Fine image!
