Beautiful old trees! Love the moss hanging all over them. Looks very Southern! All its missing is a big old Plantation. Love it, great capture.

Live Oaks look so wise to me with their beards and stately manner E~. I can't pass one by. I wish we had some in my part of the world.

Your title is perfect. Think of the evolution of man. From the two cell critter, leaving the swamp, and the mutations from animal to man. How much evolution has taken place in those trees?

Cool trees, Elizabeth. The closest thing up here to them would be weeping willows, one of which is out the window as I turn my head. I like how you have two very strong elements in here, the road and that thick, dark tree trunk on the far right, framing the delicate stems and "leaves"(?) hanging from the tree in the middle.
