Haven't been able to get out to explore lately. Been experimenting with a painting program that you can adjust various settings to play around with. A photo from March, new green.

---Been experimenting with a painting program---

Nice 'painting', Elizabeth. Almost an impressionistic work.
Well done.

Regards, Cornelius.

That is just lovely, Elizabeth. I didn't think it a painting until I pulled it up full screen. The lighting is so nice. You will have to tell us the progam you used to do this.

This is from a photo, huh? Very cool. It reminds me of the impressionists works I had to study for my art major in college. Monet comes to mind.

This is definitely my favorite of your paint effect shots. I love the composition and the way the tree seems to reach out from the mid ground of the image into all other parts of the photo. I cant imagine what it looks like as a photograph because it looks so right with the pain effect! Fantastic post as usual :)

Been looking at your painterly visuals for a while now, and if pressed.. believe I would single this one out (just slightly above "Painted Pearl") as my fav.

And in all, believe the fact that underneath is a very well composed photo, lends much to their final presentation.

... ...

... ...

I will admit, however, to being curious as to what the original photos looked like ... this one again, in particular.

Me luvs trees. :o)

Nice creative venture and foray, and one that is/has been obviously and most deservedly.. appreciated by your viewers. :o)

The limbs of the tree seem to tell a story...if only I could understand it. Thanks for this.
