Andy, I believe this is a reuse of Heather, yes? I think the blue background adds to the picture (as well as Derek). I also like that you've used a darker blue in the middle and a lighter blue around the edges. While this isn't quite up my alley, I wish I was able to this kind of thing. (Is Heather meant to look mad?)

I liike this. It is different from what i have seen on here in the past. I think it is a nice change. Good job. I never saw heather, but if it was half as good as this, it would be a fine picture.
