It looks very nice. I wish I had the talent to draw like that. You have good tones in the skin. The hair on the left side over her shoulder seems to end to quckly almost looking like a cut and paste photo, I would blend that in a tad more.

I love the quality of gaze here. Very well focussed. The hair over the forehead too given enough weight to offer a semblance of natural falling. It's good. I think the overall pose is a little stiff; was it worked from a photograph guide? The green is a fine complement to the flesh tones chosen though. Good work.
