Hello Emily....A very captivating picture you have produced....Well done....All the best to you Emily....................................................Mick.
For a first go it turned out great, maybe soften the edge between the hair and the background for a better blend. Great work keep looking forward to your next work.
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
Obviously this is great for a first attempt. I would suggest using the blur tool around the edges to make you blend in better.. So as to not look like you copy and pasted yourself into it.. Maybe even duplicate the layer after merging them all together and add a Gaussian blur over the whole image and just adjust according to your likeness. Good luck with your next piece!
I agree with Tempting Time ! Furthermore I think the (too) shiny star steals the show in this one. I would concentrate on the pretty Woman (or yourself). Especially her (your) beautiful eye deserves a special care. And I really like the idea :)
nonsense!! the star shines the subject & makes her pop. without it the picture is plan & you'll wonder whats missing. smooth line to fish for infor though!
