I am always amazed when people turn out such beautiful manipulations as this one. I've tried my hand at it, and, imho, it ain't easy! I like your compositional elements, but I wonder how it would look reversed horizontally and then vertically... so the eye (which they tell me travels from upper left to lower right) would begin with the main element. My imagination is worn out trying to visualize this...so if you are interested, give it a try and see what you think. You have picked up some beautiful color transitions here, and I especially like the bright dots that put a "spark" in the pic!
