This theory proposes that a small planet the size of Mars struck the Earth just after the formation of the solar system, ejecting large volumes of heated material from the outer layers of both objects. A disk of orbiting material was formed, and this matter eventually stuck together to form the Moon in orbit around the Earth. Nice manip, but about the rest I'm unsure. For example what is that liquidy stuff doing there between Earth and the other object, which I believe to be the moon as it looks like the moon, but is way too near to actually be the moon..
Maybe I'm too picky, it is, after all, very well manipulated. =o)

Nice idea and manip. If this were a reality, could we swim or sail to the moon?? That would be something!

Very creative manipulation. My hats off to you. *bow*

I have also heard of that theory about the formation of the moon. The program where I had seen that, also stated that the moon is also moving away from the earth. So during the time of the dinosaurs, when the moon was full, it was 15 times lager than what we see now. Can you imagine, a moon that litterally fills the sky? Awesome.. hehe.

Excellent manip... could make for some very valuable residential property (4 rooms w/earth view)!

Practice makes perfect: EARTH FIRST -- then we destroy all the other planets.

To me, this is "surreal" art at it's finest.
Great job.
