Sorry that I haven't been on much lately. I have two more jobs to get out the door before I can start catching up on my Caedes friends. I wanted people to know that the fields are in bloom. Next weekend should be a good one. Only the early field is blooming now. I know the horizon is crooked, but I don't know how to straighten it and it's a sloping field anyway. I just took a quick trip down to check the field out. I'm hoping to go back next week.

There is a free editing software called Photoscape that I find very easy to use to straighten photos. You can find the download here. I always wondered where all the tulips that are to be sold commercially were grown.
Maybe you can explain where most of these go. I would be interested Sheri.
Such a beautiful farm scene and the colors are beautiful. Nice to have you back and posting.

A beautiful field of tulips Sheri, wish I could go. Maybe I can.
Just for the photos. But I think they charge admission now, don't they? WHich seems a bit strange. Unless photo can be taken from the road somehow. I hope your workd gets done soon. I have a new place for us to enjoy lunch together, hopefully soon. It was delicious when I went a week or so ago with my daughter. Let's make a plan. Gosh, I love those colours! Thanx for the taste of the festival. Verena

What a beautifull shot, this would not look the same if the horizon was straight. Well done !

I'm in the same boat Sheri, I'm finding the time today for the first catch-up I've been able to do in weeks. This is a very good shot, lovely control of depth of field and the perspective has given you diagonal lines of flowers leading up to the house. Works for me!
