Sooooooooo you were laying down for this one eh??!!! Gorgeous depth to this photo Sheri...Gosh, those colours against the bloo sky are fantastic. I didn't know we had 'windmills' in Oregon...Hugs to ya. Verena
We don’t make art to show someone what something looks like. All this requires is eyes (or a lens). Art is supposed to have meaning, emotion, power, or magic. Alan & Mario "FourThirds"
What is not to enjoy? Beautiful Sheri and you must be covered with dirt at this point. So why not--Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and take a bow for a great shot.
For the invisible things of Him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, His eternal power and Godhead;... Rom 1:20
I'm trawling through your gallery this morning Sheri and this one stood out. Your tulip photos have tremendous detail and colour and they're sharp all the way through. In this one it feels like the flowers are crowding towards the camera to get their picture taken. I like the way you've composed with colour here, with patches of red tulips left and right and the red windmill giving some height. It feels slightly untidy in places - the bloom cut in half, the chopped sail on the windmill - but that's a minor point. This is all about wonderful light and colour.
