Marieny - The b/w treatment is nice. The soft focus and harder contrast on the lily is well done. I'm not sure that I like the texture that was added though. Thad

I love the shot of the lily itself. It looks beautiful in b&w, but not sure if I care for the texture myself. However others may like it as it gives it the appearance of being on canvas.

It is generally a very well composed photo strongly conveying the "trumpet" effect of the flower. The texture adds an element of interest, evoking an oil painting. My only nit would be that the photo is almost, but not quite, a perfect square. I'd recommend either having it decisively rectangular or perfectly square.
