I just saw this in the voting booth - it screamed WOW.
The water looks calm, I'd imagine it to be tepid, very inviting. The low hanging cloud adds more of a 'supernatural' touch to it... as though it is trying to hide something, maybe those mountains in the back. The reflections on the water really compliment this too. There was not a thing I could find in this picture I didn't like. 10 out of 10.
