Over all it is a nice picture, but there seems to be something a bit off. Perhaps it is just the shading of the bird. It almost seems to soft. But still a nice shot.

I am obsessed with taking pictures of birds, so I know how difficult this shot was to get! I am always excited when I get any shot! The lighting on this one is a little too dark, and it would be a much nicer picture in my opinion if the subject was just a little more centered, enough so the wing tips are not cut off.

Well, not to be a contrarian, but I think that the bird is placed exactly in the right place. If you follow the rule of thirds or nines, then your subject should not be centered for maximum impact, as you've done very well here.
