I can't remember which street it was shot from - Pacific is quite a major street isn't it? It was a small side street that had a tiny park running up most of it (just the width of the street) with a winding footpath through the middle.

Nice capture of the edge of the fog... I spent 3 days in SF and only ever saw fog - this shot shows up the nice colours on the houses.

The nice thing about the SF fog is that it blows in so fast, by the time you've taken one shot and started viewing up the next, the entire fog pattern has changed. I'm sure a decent SLR camera with long exposure control could get some nice blurred/soupy effects, given enough patience!
