Took a soft key sepia in the swamp area of the Wheeler Wilderness area. I might enter it in Lyn's B&W challenge. What do you think? All comments welcome.

This image has wonderful detail, including the lichen on the tree and unusual tree roots. The sepia tone adds to the swampy feel...lol. I'd definitely enter it.
The atmosphere exuded here is that of sultry and hot air slightly dusty and a little arid... [my idea of swamp on a hot night...:)] If you do not enter this JEWEL into BWC, I will tell our agent SALE [Lynn] and she will be most upset & angry and we [SOS] would never ever forgive you!:) for making our sweet agent upset. My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
I couldn't find any reason why not enter it in the challenge Frank, but the decision is up to you my friend.
A very good image to me, which exudes a special, hard to describe, atmosphere. Anyhow very well done (capture & treatment).
Regards, Cornelius.
