Just one of those afternoon drives in the mountains around Desoto State park. Decided to make it a B&W for the challenge. Elevation here was a few 100 feet.

It can be difficult to get fine detail in B/W sometimes - not this one though - well done Frank.

Wow, Spectacular depth and composition and make a marvelous b/w challenge with so much texture and detail. Love the way the leaves on the trees and on the side of the road seem to pop in this brilliant image. Right into my favs
