I sketched this out in MyPaint and did a little layered textured coloring. Imported it into Photoshop and applied a filter to give it a little more of a canvas look. Used an actual photo for the reference so I could get the basic shapes more accurate. Little tougher than it looks. In all, I spent a couple of hours on it.
