This is Gandalf from the movie The Lord Of the Rings The Fellowship of the Ring. He plays in the Hobbit also. I penciled him in when I was having my car's oil changed today. I finished him with Paint.NET and Perfect Effects4. I'm submitting this to the SNATM.
