The Great Patriotic War Museum in Moscow is dedicated to 27m Russians and others who lost their lives in World War II. This is a picture taken of the ceiling in the mausoleum which has the names of 11,500 people - Russian and other nationalities - who were awarded the Russian Medal of Honour anywhere from once to as many as three times. The medal is replicated in the centre of the ceiling. I am interested to know what you think of it.

I think it is almost as fascinating as the narrative. When I first saw it I was sure it was a fractal. Excellent job centering it is as you did.

There's something compelling about this image... it's almost a mandala. Certainly there's a lot of powerful spirit in it.
