Really sharp and plenty of expression.. I would not have cropped quite so tight at the top... other than that great photo.

People photo shots do not get usely high marks in the V.B,
But when I get this in the V.B, I'll give you a 10 !

I believe this is your first 1600x1200¿ posting... did you get a new camera? This image has made it to my Screensaver folder. Thanks for the post! I noticed she has full eye-brows, checked your pic of the younger woman and she does as well. :o)

Wow Barry, what an expression you caught on this woman. I think you and your new camera will become "buddies" right away! This is a wonderful photo. Look at that nose ring, wow, I wonder how she eats! I like your capture very much. Bravo my friend!! Verena

Wow...love the new look with your new camera. I looked at your other post first and they're both very well done and full of character and expression.

Welcome back, my friend.

We don’t make art to show someone what something looks like. All this requires is eyes (or a lens). Art is supposed to have meaning, emotion, power, or magic. Alan & Mario "FourThirds"

Barry!! Welcome back my friend! The world weary look on this woman face tells a story all its own. The colors are crisp and vibrant, and the focus clear and sharp! Ia gree the crop may be a little tight, but other than that an excellent post!

At first I thought she had a dummy in her mouth!...but, on closer inspection!...
~~Damn specs need changing!~~

Lots of life in this face..it's got what I call 'character'!..

I think it ought to be in Life Magazine or National Geographic. I can't find a thing wrong with this image except that I didn't shoot it! Ha! The color, saturation, lighting, exposure, composition and subject couldn't be more perfect. Did I miss anything? No, not too closely cropped. Not at all. Nicely done and thanks for sharing. anne :-)

There are tons of websites for uploading snapshots - photos of your neice, back yard, etc. "Caedes Man" did not start this website for that purpose. His intent was to offer a venue for folks to share artistic images that could be used as desktop backgrounds. Does anyone really want an out of focus shot of a dog for a desktop background? probably not. Let's share the good stuff and help others by telling them what's good or how to improve an image. We could all make Caedes a great site for everyone and use those other places for the snapshot sharing. A first rate family snap sharing website is www.easysite.com. FREE website to share all your snaps plus a whole lot more. Thanks for giving honest and usable feedback. Blessings to all, anne :-)
