The river is in full load (with water), the bridge is in full load (trucks ) and the truks are also in a fully loaded condition.

A nice composition and perspective in the photo, Bijan. The lighting seems to work for the shot, though I'd be mighty tempted to tone it down a bit. I like the inclusion of the tree branches in the foreground.
