A pair of female gerenuks at Los Angeles Zoo. The male of this species has a pair of slender S-shaped horns. Often called giraffe-gazelle because of its long slender neck, this animal is found in the dry, brushy countries of Ethiopia, Kenya and Somalia.

The deer are very cute and they really stand out against the plants. I would personally prefer it showing the sky also, but I like the bright sunlight. Good shot!
