You could use this photo to advertise the flowers! Of course, you may like to decrease your exposure time to prevent the smudge, or use a flash (or a brighter one if you have used one). The colours came out quite well, but to give the photo a warmer feel you could adjust the colour balance, or whatever it is called in your camera to increase red.
It seems to me that what wears us down the most in life aren't the chances we take, but the chances we dont take, the dreams we put aside, the adventures we push away, the questions that are never answered
A nice combination but I also feel the photo is slightly out of focus . I can't put my finger on it but the composition seems out of balance. It might be just me though.
The picture is indeed slightly out of focus because of camera shake. I went for an early morning trip to the flower market Saturday. I saw this one and shot it with the camera's built in flash -- but the harsh lighting burned the highlights and shadows weren't too good. This is a handheld shot in available light (f-8, 1/20sec, ISO800). I got MY flowers, they got theirs, and I did have a happy wife and a beaming mother-in-law for Mothers Day. :)
