Some exquisite orchids flowers from a flower market. Background removed in PS to give it the prima donna treatment.
Thanks to Greg for identifying its species -- phalaenopsis, or moth orchid so named because of its shape.

And exquisite picture of an exquisite flower indeed. Lovely image. Great colour ( i love purple). and the background and framing ... just right. Interesting way that you've framed it, looks as if the flowers are popping out of the frame. Really a great job.. Well done
