This next few months I am going to be working a lot of nights. What better time to get better at night photography. This is the first success I have had with photographing the stars. I went to a near by lake to capture this one. It is a 15 second exposure at f3. Hope you enjoy.

Billy, your very fine image is an excellent example that the to Caedes provided images have to been viewed at full screen size to enjoy their details.
At thumbnail size one can't even see the stars, while at full screen size one see this wonderful sky 'filled' with 'sparkling diamonds' (☺) , thanks to the by used appropriate settings as well.
