Ah this is so peaceful. Very smooth composition and I like the trees on the edge. The mountains are in beautiful focus...no distortion anywhere! Very good job!

This is the first of your work I've seen here on Caedes, and I like it. You made good use of the foreground (and probably a small aperture) to get a good depth of field, and you composed your image well using the horizontal components to create a layering effect from the foreground to the background and allow the veiwer to walk step by step through your image until they reach the mountains at the back. This is excellent, specially when I realized that you had no opportunity to compose the shot - you had to shoot it from a train.

Impressed, I followed your profile link, and I found that you have several images in your gallery that are also very impressive. Looking at your profile I see that you've only been a member for just over a month. Welcome to our family, and I hope to see a lot more of these lovely works.
