Arching over the paved Brush Creek on the Country Club Plaza in Kansas City, MO, its decorations undergo seasonal changes. Strolling across from the condos, seen here in the background, to the upscale shopping area, one can stop to contemplate the park-like scene below.

This is nice subject matter. If you have access to a light ladder, for an elevated shot, I think setting it up in that curved area to the left and shooting a slightly different angle to include more of that curve and intricate railing would be an interesting study. Whenever I am shooting a place like this I like to shoot upwards of 100 photos from a wide variety of angles and pick the best ones later. With the use of film and its obvious drawbacks a part of history, it's easy to take hundreds of photos, and not even miss the old cost of film processing. Assuming those are chinese lanterns hanging above the bridge, I also think the opportunity to go back there (if you can) with a tripod and remote shutter release, on a calm night so that lanterns wouldn't be swinging, would be one a die-hard photographer couldn't pass up. Maybe even bring a couple friends along and capture them smooching under the soft light of the lanterns.
