This is just amazing Chris. The clarity and composition are perfect and the 'snowy' background is stunning. What a joy to view. Thanks for sharing this musical magic. I love the Vienna walzes.

It's a very cool manipulation, great job you done here. I like the ideea of "playing" with the negative :). Very nice work, keep it up.

Beauty is no quality in things themselves. It exists merely in the mind which contemplates them, and each mind perceives a different beauty.

Well this is an intersting effect! I It looks icy and the gold of the statue really stands out! It kind of looks like you used one of those ultra violet filters on the trees at the back
Famous composer, I have even heard of him :-) grin, - heathen that I am! I prefer Ozzy myself!! ha ha!! just kiddin!

haha, I do love the Romantic composers, though Strauss is not one of my faves. This is a very interesting manipulation. Thanks for sharing it.

What a valuable tool for learning this is. I love the effects you've "played" with here, and it has grown into something more than it ever was seen in "real life". It reminds me of his music, which I have playing in the background even as I am writing this and looking at this extraordinary post :)PJ

P.S. I'm sure you mean Jr. and not Sr. I'm listening to the Emperor Waltz, Op. 437 at the present time :)

This sure is a dynamic image, Chris. The effects are surreal and the contrast of the gold and sliver make this very eye-catching. Good job. You've 'composed' this well :))

Immediately I heard a Strauss waltz in my head, and thanks Chris, for that! Strauss music is classic beauty. And this image is an amazing work. The golden statue is magnificent. And the monument is beautifully made - and I see the muses circling inside the monument. Very creative. I love this work! The white trees against the inky black is perfect - all the effects came out well. My thanks to you for bringing this composer to us in image :*>
