Nice shot. How cool to get the top of the steeple through the arch. They have some impressive looking gargoyles. Did you get any closeups of them?
{edit} Just read the wikipedia article. They sure took their time finishing it, didn't they?
when I saw this cathedral in 2005 Chris it was early evening in November and it was illuminated with many lights - an incredible sight! I love the angle you took this one from. It is an incredibly beautiful building especially to see for real. Patti

another very well done post. I really like how you have presented this one Chris. You do very good on these shots. I think you have it down to a science. Sandi
have looked in the gallery of the link but no have not seen your picture there:)) kidding!! like the angle of the shot and the clearity so I think that your picture could be in that gallery because it is really very good:))
You sure used an excellent angle to get this one. It shows off the architecture perfectly and is pristine and wonderfully clear. An excellent post and an interesting link. Thanks Chris.
I'm in and out of here a lot but seem to have little time to comment. So, please know that I enjoy your work, appreciate your stopping by my gallery and hope you have a happy day ;) Anita
