Part of the old 14th century city walls around the city of Korcula, located on the Island of the same name. Inside this half tower I think you can find the tourism center ;o)
Chris, the title of your image wasn't clear to me but, when I saw your image at full size, I discovered the text at that yellow-blue paper. This image shows an other curiosity to me too as this ancient building seems to be rebuilt just on one side. I think in Holland it wouldn't be allowed to 'poison' an ancient building like this with a modern window. Thanks for this nice image. Regards, Cornelius
It looks like it has had many repairs, but amazing to think the original walls were there so long ago - not sure I like that they put such a modern window in an old building but the capture is very good Chris. well done!
